When school was canceled due to the incredible amount of snow we accumulated, Emmie reached out with a brilliant idea: it was the perfect time for snowy senior portraits! I couldn’t have agreed more. We bundled up and headed out into the fresh powder in her hometown of Columbia, IL, even as the flakes continued to fall.

The entire session was a perfect winter wonderland. We focused on the "cozy" side of the season, capturing moments of Emmie bundling up in blankets and sipping hot chocolate to stay warm. We also made sure to have some classic winter fun, from throwing snow in the air to making snow angels!
