Brennan | Trekking Through Pine Trees at August A. Busch
For this senior portrait session, we headed out to the August A. Busch Memorial Conservation Area in St. Charles to capture a classic, nature-inspired look close to home. His mom was hoping for a spot with sunlight filtering through the trees, and I found the absolute perfect, hidden pine trail deep in the woods for his portraits.
Even though the sky ended up overcast instead of sunny, the soft lighting actually worked to our advantage by making the vibrant green pine trees pop against his outfit. To completely mix up the vibe and add a touch of unique, industrial grit to his gallery, we even explored one of the historic World War II TNT bunker's on the property for some cool, architectural shots. Scroll down to see some of my favorites from Brennan's spring session at August A. Busch Wildlife Area!
