Brennan | Navigating Snowy Bluffs and Frozen Lakes at Klondike Park

When a heavy snowstorm hit the area, it created the ultimate rugged winter backdrop for Brennan’s senior portraits. We met up halfway at Klondike Park in Augusta, Missouri, where the snow-covered white silica bluffs looked incredibly striking.

Because Brennan is an avid fisherman, the completely frozen-over lake at the park was the perfect nod to an ice-fishing vibe and added a ton of authentic personality to his portraits. We even braved the freezing air to shoot some clean, sharp portraits right in the middle of the road with the snow-lined pavement and dramatic winter bluffs framing the background.
