With senior year and her final prom approaching, Kaelyn knew she wanted professional pictures to document this huge milestone. Her group had the fun idea to start with a few shots at their prom venue, that was located in their hometown of Columbia, IL, before heading over to Jefferson Barracks Park for more variety and a change of scenery.

The park was the perfect choice for a spring session. With its beautiful blooming flowers, a charming gazebo that was perfect for portraits of Kaelyn and her date, and wide-open spaces to accommodate her entire group, it offered everything we needed. We captured the energy of the "prom party" while also taking the time for those timeless individual portraits that every senior deserves. It was a wonderful way to celebrate a senior tradition.
